The second week of the season saw the Coyotes head northwest to Lyons on a chilly Saturday morning for the St. Vrain Invitational. St. Vrain allows 10 runners to suit up for their varsity races. This gives runners on the cusp of making varsity, a chance to run against the best.
The varsity girls were led by Audrey Lookner with her 19th place in 19:20. Audrey was followed closely by Hailey Leader in 21st, Liz Hogan in 31st, Anna Wexler in 44th, and Sam Wexler in 48th.
